Alpha Children Ministry - Today

Biblical Foundation

"Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you something to drink? When did we see you a stranger and invite you in, or needing clothes and clothe you? When did we see you sick or in prison and go to visit you?" The King will reply, "I tell you the truth, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers of mine, you did for me." Matt 25:37-40 NIV This passage provides the Biblical basis for the ministry of Alpha Children Ministry (ACM). Our passion and heart's desire is to love, care for, and help the poor and disadvantaged children of India.

Mission & Vision of ACM

Alpha Children Ministry is dedicated to assisting the needy children of India by providing them with food, clothing, shelter, and a quality education. Our vision is to spread the good news to each village and town in India by teaching the children in our care to know Jesus Christ as their personal savior and to shine for Him. This is accomplished through the three fold efforts of ACM: 1) Alpha Children's Home, 2) Alpha Reformed Church, and 3) Alpha Public School.

There are 40 children in the children's home, 640 attend Alpha Public School, and Alpha Reformed Church has ongoing ministries to the children and families of ACM and the surrounding community.

ACM is directed and led by Rev. Abraham and his wife Lydia, in India. In the USA, ACM is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization and is overseen by a board of directors. The Rev. Dr. Kevin Richardson is President and leads a collegiate ministry in Michigan. Dr. Mike Disher practices medicine in the Ft.
